generate a return above and beyond raw product market price
cooperative:
a managed organisation of any number of individual smallholders
dependency:
people kept in the dark and so remain dependent on middlemen and multinationals
developing countries:
countries that have been exploited for their raw products
donation:
money you don’t expect to see again (except in better products and successful people)
entrepreneurial:
take advantage of an opportunity no matter how small it may appear to be
fair trade:
pay a fairer price for a product
grower:
man or woman who grows produce as a means to making a living
grower group:
a community of growers
local:
operating in the local region or grower community
